  2. Pretty funny! Thanks for a light moment. These guys have been found on cave walls in France, but nobody wants to talk about it. A state secret! Hee hee.

  3. British pagans were up in arms about it. The funny thisn is that in all probablility the giant was not cut until the mid 17tch century

  4. Jams – that’s what I found so funny about the whole thing. πŸ™‚

  5. I think it is funny! πŸ™‚
    Happy WW!

  6. It is funny, but I do understand how those of Pagan belief would feel. Happy WW!

  7. I love it, this is so original and controversial… Brilliant photo!

  8. wow–cool crop circles!!

  10. I’ve not been able to find out if it’s still there – it was supposed to wash away with the first rain and we’ve had a lot of rain recently.

To answer your question mine is of a huge TV mast in Yorkshire that can be seen for miles.

  11. LOL, so funny! Happy WW!

  25. Very funny! Was there really controversy about this? I’m kinda behind the times, I hadn’t even seen it before. Thanks for the laugh & happy WW!

  26. Love your blog. 1st time visiting! Very funny happy ww

  27. LOL I must admit I’ve seen the one on the right but never Homer!!!

  28. That’s really funny. Thanks for the laugh πŸ™‚

  29. Actualy, it’s kind of offensive that anyone did this for advertising on a site considered sacred, by many.

I’m glad it’s out and the photos have been posted, but I’m pretty bothered by the whole thing.

  30. Nancy – While I understand your point, I think people take religion way too seriously. If people laughed a little more maybe fewer people would be killed in the name of their beliefs.

  31. *snort* Glad to see Homer has his skivvies on!

  32. Oh my goodness, this was SO funny!!! I do, somewhat, understand the Pagan point, although if it’s all going to wash off, I think it’s probably okay. In the meantime, it’s sooooooooo funny!

  33. Oh, my. Another rich and CONTROVERSIAL ww for you! Well done.

  34. Nice picture!! I saw the Homer one elsewhere… the second is new to me!

  35. Is it true that the pagan man wasn’t made until the mid-17th C? That makes the controversy even funnier.

  36. I love it. Hilarious!

  37. Ohhh poor homer, are they saying he is a cave man???? πŸ™‚

  38. Very funny! I have to show this one to my husband when he gets home, heΒ΄s a huge Simpsons fan.

  39. *lol* funny. as long as it washes off I don’t see tha big deal about it

  40. This is cool, and I have no problem with it, simply because it’s in the next field.

The week before a load of vacuous bints were marching all over the long man for a TV fashion programme-that I have a problem with.

  41. Doh! Wrong place. Ok. Let’s try again.
    Mmm. Simpsons.
